Garry decided to stop for a drink after a big climb in the Castilla La Mancha region of Spain then struggled to get back on his bike!
It’s one of the things that Garry does struggle with because of his bad back. Later on he decided to have something to eat while on the move (it’s an easier option) and like a good boy he chose the healthy option!

Leaving the small town of Pelayos de la Presa where I’d spent the night, I bumped into my favourite people the Lycra brigade! And was playing tag with them for a while until obviously they just left me behind.
Think I may have developed a case of tourettes if you listen carefully!!

Cycling along on a plateau in Castilla y León region, for a while Garry thought he was back in England rather than Spain it was so green and lush!
