1st September 2022 Garry McGivern’s Europe-2022 bicycle-tour video; episode-8. Nogent-sur-Seine to Le Lac d’Orient. Garry struggles right from the start of the day, as his anaemia seems considerably worse today. Plus, he has a reoccurrence of an old health issue that might be cause for concern. And he’s really not feeling that good.
And to top it all, the new saddle that Garry thought was okay a day or two ago isn’t. He’s now finding it rather uncomfortable and painful. But despite being uncomfortable in the saddle and struggling to ride as soon as he encounters any sort of hill. Along with him generally not feeling so good. He still has a good ride and finds himself cycling on a pleasant Greenway beside the Seine.
Garry was glad to finish today. And as seems to be the case for much of this trip, Garry is to worn out to film or do very much at all once he’s pitched his tent.
