Last night wasn’t too bad at all. It passed relatively quickly. By the time I’d done yesterday’s post, it was getting on for midnight. I then spent another hour or so doing other bits on the website. After that, I tried to sleep which didn’t happen it was too uncomfortable! I think I probably had about an hour on and off. And probably had another hour on the ferry.

The ferry docked in Newhaven on time at about 8.30, and I was on the road by 9.

The ride home was uneventful, and I was back home mid-afternoon after covering nearly 200 miles in the past couple of days.

  1. I bet they were all glad to see you back in the old Bull and Bush. It amazes me how you can just jump on a bike and do that mileage. I didn’t realise you used cabins.

    1. And at the Fox!
You’re not the only one that’s amazed; I amaze myself! It’s because I’m a bit odd!
I never use to do cabins on the ferries, but I don’t think my back would take sitting in a chair all night!
