A Very quiet month went to the doctors as soon as I got back from Greece who diagnosed what I already knew, that I had sciatica so he’s now referred me to the hospital, but that appointment isn’t until next month! I’m now taking twenty or so tablets a day to try and alleviate the pain, which now at the end of the month is finally giving me some relief and I’m able to ride my bike again, but still unable to work.
My cousins from Australia, the ones I cycled to see the other year came over at the beginning of the month to stay for a few days whilst they were on a tour of Europe, so that was nice. Unfortunately, because I was in a lot of pain we didn’t really do too much but they said that they were content just relaxing at mine meeting friends and family.
