Due to Garry’s ongoing back problems and the fact that he had to be home for the hospital every week, meant he couldn’t go too far away. So as part of his rehabilitation he decided to cycle around the East of England.
On the first week, Garry left his home in Felpham and headed east along the south coast towards Kent, then proceeded around the Kent coast before heading into London and jumping on a train to come home.
The following week Garry got the train back to London and continued where he had left off, this time cycling up through Essex, Suffolk and into Norfolk, finishing in Kings Lynn, where once again got on a train to go home.
Total miles covered 506.
