Garry McGivern Travelsonabike2 is cycle touring in England on Sunday, 15th-September-2013. Or rather, I’m not at the moment. I’m at home in Bognor Regis. I’ve spent much of the day waterproofing the tent. I bought a wash-in waterproofer, which is what I’ve always used in the past, which has always worked in the past.
And thinking about it, it’s been a few years since I last proofed the tent. Hopefully, it’ll stay watertight now. I finished the day off having a lovely Sunday roast with the family. I’ll try the tent out tomorrow, and if all is well, and I’m sure it will be okay, I intend to return to France on Tuesday. And continue on my journey to Athens.
