Bicycle Tours By Country Map

World Map

Travelsonabike2 Bicycle Tours Map

This Google map shows my bicycle tours country by country. Behind each marker are links to the rides/tours I’ve completed in that country. Just click on the country’s bubble to view.

More markers will (hopefully) be added as and when I complete a new tour. And looking at the map, there’s still plenty of the world to explore by bicycle!

You can also view my rides on the previous bicycle tours page, where tours are listed in year order. If you want to know more or if there is something you can’t find on the website, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me via my contact page. Or leave a comment below. I will endeavour to reply as soon as possible, but it might take longer than normal if I’m away touring.

October 2025 Bicycle Tour Map

Bicycle Tour Map October 2025 Map of southern england

Travelsonabike2 Bicycle Touring Map

Bicycle tour map for October 2025 from Garry McGivern Travelsonabike2. Strictly speaking, this isn’t a tour, or not, as Garry classes a bicycle tour; it’s not even one continuous ride. Garry classifies a tour as anything over 500 miles (800 kilometres). The map shows where Garry spent each night on his October 2025 bike rides. Behind each pin is a brief description of the day’s ride and the miles cycled for the day.

After cutting his last trip short at the beginning of the month due to bad weather, Garry was keen to pick up where he had left off. But the bad weather continued for longer than expected. Finally, though the weather improved, allowing Garry a chance to get away. Although he never got as far as he had initially planned, and had to return home for a hospital appointment.

Unfortunately, that one hospital appointment turned into several and before he knew where he was, it was the end of the month and more of his regular campsites were closing. Keen once again to get to the remaining campsites that were still open, Garry headed off to the New Forest. You can read more of what happened on this month’s ride in the archive pages for October 2025.

September 2025 Bicycle Tour Map

Bicycle Tour Map September 2025 Map of southern England

Travelsonabike2 Bicycle Touring Map

Bicycle tour map for September 2025 from Garry McGivern Travelsonabike2. Strictly speaking, this isn’t a tour, or not, as Garry classes a bicycle tour; it’s not even one continuous ride. Garry classifies a tour as anything over 500 miles (800 kilometres). The map shows where Garry spent each night on his September 2025 bike rides. Behind each pin is a brief description of the day’s ride and the miles cycled for the day.

Due to Garry’s ongoing hip issues and work commitments (which turned into a bit of a nightmare), he hadn’t been on any bike rides for a couple of months. And now one of his regular campsites (Holland’s Wood) was closing for the season. Keen to spend at least the last few nights of the season under canvas, Garry headed to the New Forest.

After visiting more of his regular campsites, Garry had to cut his trip short due to an approaching storm. And since he wasn’t too far away from home and wasn’t actually on a bicycle tour, he decided to return home. You can read more of what happened on this month’s ride in the archive pages for September 2025.

Due to Garry’s ongoing hip issues, he hadn’t been on any bike rides for over a month. Knowing that he had a hospital appointment to attend, he forced himself to go away. And headed for an overnight stop in the New Forest. A few days later, Garry decided to go away again. This time, he headed east for a ride around East Sussex and Kent. It didn’t end well.
