Bicycle Touring England
Garry McGivern Travelsonabike2 is bicycle touring England on Thursday, the 3rd-April-2025. In Brighstone. Well, I did my usual thing this morning of: wondering whether to stay for another night or continue cycling. And, of course, you can almost guarantee that once I start to think about stopping, I will.
It’s all because I’m not very good at doing things unless I start early. It’s the same with work (haha, when I do/used to). If I don’t start early, I won’t bother. How people start work at nine is beyond me. Maybe it wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t get up so early. But I always find early morning is the best time of the day.

I’ve not done a lot today apart from speaking to other people camped here. In motor homes, of course. I also caught up with one of the owners of the sight. I tried to convince her that they should go back to opening in March again next year. But I don’t think there was much of a chance. She said they’d been trying not to open in March for a few years now.
