Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 YouTube video, Bicycle Touring Europe 13th June 2024, was posted on his YouTube channel today, the 14th-August-2024. It’s June, and Garry has a few weeks free before he has another hospital appointment. Wondering where he could cycle in the time frame he has (he’s got nearly three weeks). He’s decided to head off to the continent.
It’s not a good start to the day, with Garry in a grumpy mood. Or rather more grumpy than usual. His mood doesn’t get much better as he goes off on one, talking about electric bikes. But by the time he reaches the Netherlands his bad mood has lifted. It’s a bit of a cliche, but the only reason Garry knew he had reached the Netherlands was because he spotted a windmill. There are no borders these days.
