Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 October 11 2023 YouTube video, which was posted on his YouTube channel on the 17th-October-2023. It’s day two or three of Garry’s ride, depending on how you view it. But whatever your view, it’s a new day, and he’s leaving his overnight stop in Crowborough and heading out onto the busy rush hour roads. It’s squeaky bum time, as he seems unable to ride in a straight line. And no, he isn’t drunk.
There’s a big hill for Garry to get up, which takes more than one attempt. Garry has to rest a couple of times before reaching the top. But Garry soon finds himself in London and in places he’s never visited: Greenwich, where he gets a good view over Canary Wharf. He then cycles past the Cutty Sark and crosses the River Thames, but not via a bridge. Towards the end of the day, Garry gets lost, but it’s still been an enjoyable day cycling places he’s never cycled. More observations and comments from Garry as he travels around on his bicycle.
