Episode 10 of Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 the Low Countries Bicycle Tour Video, which was posted on his YouTube channel on the 21st-August-2023. The tenth video from Garry’s recent ride in Europe, which he recorded on the 26th of July. More observations and comments from Garry as he continues his bike ride around the Low Countries.
It’s an early start for Garry as he heads into Ghent to take some photos before the crowds arrive. (You can see the photos Garry took on his Flickr page.) It’s a picturesque place, although it’s not looking its best this morning. After getting his photos, Garry heads up to Antwerp; it’s an easy ride that follows the main railway line. However, Garry has a slight mishap and struggles to find his way around the waterways to reach the centre of Antwerp. It’s only a brief visit to Antwerp; it’s rather busy, and not long after leaving Antwerp, Garry crosses into the Netherlands. The Low Countries Tour book is now available to buy from Amazon.
