Bicycle Tour Video

Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 YouTube bicycle tour video S25 E29 was posted on his YouTube channel a couple of days ago, on the 2nd of November 2025. It’s the video version of the post Garry wrote on the 30th of September 2025 while on tour. It’s time for Garry to leave the New Forest and head to Swanage; he has no choice today, the camp closes for the season. It’s a bright sunny day, although somewhat cold, especially in the shade.

Once out of the forest, Garry has a brief spell on busy roads. But it’s not long before he’s cycling along on the cycle route that runs beside the golden sands of Bournemouth. It’s eight miles of flat cycling, which is probably a good thing. The end of the ride to Swanage is a bit of a killer. Up the Purbeck Hills. Then the final climb up to the campsite in Langton Maltravers.
