Bike-Ride To Australia Video The Blue-Mosque

Bike-Ride To Australia Video The Blue-Mosque. A video posted on Garry’s YouTube Channel took on his 22,000-mile cycle ride around the world.

After a month of cycling, Garry reached Istanbul. And it was now time for a brief rest and a spot of sightseeing with Julie. Who had flown out to join him, together they took in the sights and sounds of Istanbul. A brief interlude for Garry before he continued on his solo unaided ride around the world. However, it wasn’t a world ride at the time of shooting this video! Garry was only cycling to Australia.

Garry McGivern’s Twitter Photo 20th-November-2011

A cycle touring photo that was posted on my Twitter account Garry Mcgivern’s Travelsonabike2 on the 20th-November-2011 I was in Bulgaria on my way to Australia when I took the photo.

It’s nearly a month since I left home on my bike ride to Australia. I’m only going to visit my family on the other side of the world! But, in the process, I hope to raise some much-needed money for cancer research. The countries I intend to cycle through once I leave England are France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, China, Lao, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and then finally cycle across Australia to Brisbane.

Flickr Video Serbia 17th-November-2011

Dogs playing

Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 Flickr Video Serbia, Garry’s found a new friend filmed on 17th-November-2011. This friendly little dog joined Garry as he was cycling up a hill.

There are plenty of dogs roaming free here, some good and some bad! This morning, the dogs were good. While cycling uphill, a cute little chap joined me, running along beside me! I did fear for his safety, though, as he kept running from one side of the road to another! And as much as I enjoyed his company, I was finding it hard going! I kept thinking he would get run over any minute, but luckily he didn’t! I was pretty glad to reach the top of the hill and pick up a bit of speed so he couldn’t keep up! The last I saw of him, he was following some girl down another road.

The video, which Garry filmed on his way to Australia, was originally posted on his Flickr Page but has now been transferred to YouTube. You can watch the video below or on Garry’s YouTube channel. But honestly, it won’t be any more enjoyable wherever you watch the video! You can also subscribe to his channel. You’ll then be amongst the first to know when Garry releases a new video.
