Lands End Video 2013

Garry McGivern’s Lands End YouTube video was recorded on Garry’s trip to Cornwall in 2013. Garry was off the bike and had driven to Cornwall with Julie for a few day’s break.

They had based themselves in St Ives and had mainly stayed in the pretty seaside town. But today, they decided to venture out in the car and visit Lands End. After all, it would have been a shame to come all this way and not visit it. You can read more about Garry’s trip to Cornwall in his April 2013 update.

You can watch the video below or on Garry’s YouTube channel. But honestly, it won’t be any more enjoyable wherever you watch the video! You can also subscribe to his channel. You’ll then be amongst the first to know when Garry releases a new video.

Spirit FM Awards 19th-October-2012

Garry McGivern’s Travelsonabike2 Spirit FM Awards Video was filmed on the 19th-October-2012. The annual Spirit FM local hero awards, which this year was held at the Avisford Park Hotel near Chichester.

The annual event is held to honour local people for various achievements in all walks of life. Garry was lucky enough to receive his for his charity bike ride around the world.Spirit FM local hero award

Garry was unable to attend the event as he was on the final leg of his world tour and was in China at the time. Instead, his daughter, Vicky, picked up the award on his behalf. Although the video was recorded on a mobile phone and isn’t the best of quality. But it gives you a sense of the occasion.
