Garry McGivern Travelsonabike2 Youtube video from the 27th-June-2023, which Garry recorded the previous week on the twentieth of June on his ride down to the New Forest. Garry had hoped to be cycling further afield, but he’s not been feeling too well. So a trip to the New Forest is probably a better idea.
Unfortunately, it’s not long into the ride before Garry’s neck starts hurting. His degenerative cervical myelopathy is starting to play up, which isn’t a good sign. And that’s before he reaches the steep hill out of Hamble, which is challenging even on a good day. But Garry gets a pleasant surprise when he arrives at the New Forest campsite.
