Cycling The Tribhuvan Highway
My cycling the Tribhuvan Highway video taken on my ride around South Asia. A collection of the photos and videos I took on my epic bicycle ride up the Tribhuvan Highway in November 2016.
For a while, the Highway was the only main road linking India and Nepal. It runs from the Raxaul/Birganj border to Naubise, 16 miles west of Kathmandu.
This video covers the section north of Hetauda in the Sivalik Hills, from Hetauda to Naubise. It’s only 20 miles as the crow flies, but the twisting, turning road takes it to over 60 miles! It’s an endless series of twists, turns, climbs and descents.

You can watch the video below or on my YouTube channel. But honestly, it won’t be any more enjoyable wherever you watch the video! You can also subscribe to my channel. You’ll then be amongst the first to know when I release a new video.
