Garry McGivern’s Youtube Video, cycle touring; March 2023, episode 8, which was posted on his YouTube channel on the 27th-March-2023. It was recorded earlier this month, on the 19th of March. Garry arrived at the campsite late last night, and unfortunately, there was nobody to take his money, so he just pitched his tent. And then, when he went to leave, he once again looked for somebody to pay, but there was nobody to be found, so he just left. It’s always good to get a free night’s camping. It set a good tone for the day.
After leaving the campsite, Garry heads into London and once again finds himself cycling along a canal path, although it doesn’t last long. Canal paths seem to have been a bit of a theme over the past few days. But they are nothing like the canal paths in France, which are generally smooth and kept in good condition. But I deviate. After leaving the canal, Garry rejoins the road, which is nice and quiet because it’s a Sunday.
Garry reaches central London and has a little ride around while taking photos of some of the major sights. But Garry soon gets bored and leaves before it gets too busy.
